These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a bespoke floral preservation service and sale of goods. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


Delivery Information

At Divinity Florals, each bespoke frame is lovingly hand made in Somerset, England. Flowers are traditionally pressed. Some of the pieces available for purchase from our website are made specially to order, therefore we ask that you please be aware of our delivery times.

Delivery times are for in stock items only. Shipped via Royal mail.

Next Day Delivery is for working days only.

For Next Day Delivery, your order must be placed before 11am (BST). For example to receive an order on a Tuesday please place your order on the Monday before 11am (BST). For Monday delivery an order will need to be placed on Friday before 11am (BST). If your order is placed after 11am (BST) then it will be dispatched the next working day.

Bespoke frame orders will be shipped via UPS courier. Direct arrangements will be made with recipient.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, email You then have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you notify us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exempt from any refund are Bespoke commissions, made to order items or items altered to a customer request.

Divinity Florals Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Divinity florals Ltd receiving your return.

All refunds of undamaged items that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.


Unfortunately we don't exchange products. However you can return an unwanted item to us for a full refund and place a new order for an alternative item.

Returning Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellation

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Once you have received your order, you have 28 days to return the item to us.

For bespoke orders, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. For any date changes please notify us immediately, we will do our best to accommodate your new date change.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.


Goods are charged at price shown on the product/ services pages on the date the customer places the order. Errors and omissions are excepted. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (either directly or via third parties). These codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable on items of the same or greater value. All gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

We always welcome feedback from our customers as it enables us to improve our service. If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, then it will be dealt with promptly. Please contact

Sending your flowers to Divinity Florals (Bespoke orders)

Divinity florals are not responsible for flowers during transit. Any damages / issues in transit are the sender's responsibility. Divinity florals can only give advice on shipping instructions of the bouquet. Flowers that arrive in an unusable condition will not be pressed and sender will be notified immediately. 

Frame Care

It is the recipients responsibility to mount/ secure the frame to their chosen wall/ surface, Divinity florals can only offer advice and cannot be liable for any damages due to incorrect mounting. 

It is the recipients responsibility to keep their preserved frame in conditions that are free from damp/ mould/ moisture / extreme heat or direct sunlight.
