Delivery & Returns

UK Shipping

In stock items are shipped 2nd class signed for via Royal Mail, Monday to Friday. Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

Delivery charge is £4.45 per order (Orders over £50 are free delivery).

For guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm, please select special delivery option at checkout by 11am (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed delivery Saturday. This is charged at £10.65.

Bespoke frame orders will be shipped via UPS courier. Arrangements will be made directly with recipient once the item is ready for shipment. This is charged at £25.00.

Returns Policy

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, email info@divinityflorals.co.uk. We are happy to help.

You then have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you notify us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Divinity Florals Ltd receiving your return.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Bespoke frames/ items are non-refundable due to being custom made (unless faulty). A nonrefundable deposit is required upfront and the balance will be due prior to shipping.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is faulty). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please return item in original / suitable packaging which protects the item from damage in transit. 

It is advised to request proof of shipping the return item from your shipping provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
