Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, email We are happy to help.

You then have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you notify us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items that are not faulty will be refunded minus any shipping costs. The return postage will be at the buyers expense unless the item arrives faulty/damaged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke frames/ items are non-refundable due to being custom made (unless faulty). A nonrefundable deposit is required upfront and the balance will be due prior to shipping.

Any classes booked through this website, if a cancellation needs to be made, I need 7 days notice to issue a full refund. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
